Buffalo Style Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. chicken wings
1/4 c. red hot sauce (Durkee)
1/2 c. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Split wings at each joint and discard tips; pat dry.
Bake wings at 425\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Turn halfway through cooking time. Combine hot sauce and butter.
Add flour slowly.
Dip wings in sauce to coat completely.
Serve with celery and Blue cheese dip. Makes 24 to 30 individual pieces.
