Chicken Marsala(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken breasts, cut thin
    2 large eggs
    1 c. dried bread crumbs
    margarine
    2 cloves garlic
    4 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. Marsala wine
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/8 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
    1 cube chicken bouillon
    parsley sprigs for garnish
Preparation
    In small bowl, with fork, beat eggs slightly.
    Place bread crumbs in pie plate.
    Dip chicken pieces into eggs and then bread crumbs to coat evenly.
