Lemon-Raspberry Streusel Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. frozen or fresh raspberries
    8 oz. lemon yogurt
    1/2 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. lemon peel
Preparation
    Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Add the yogurt, oil, eggs and lemon peel, stirring just to moisten and gently fold in raspberries.
