Fettucini Alfredo With Seafood - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 c. half and half
dash of pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 lb. thawed shrimp
1 (5 or 6 oz.) can crabmeat
8 oz. fettucini
Preparation

Over medium heat, combine and melt butter, half and half, pepper, salt and garlic.
Do not boil!
If mixture appears to be too thin, add cornstarch to thicken.
Add shrimp and crabmeat. Heat thoroughly and serve over hot fettucini.
Serves 3 to 4 people.
