Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, uncooked
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz
    1 1/2 c. quick cooking rice, uncooked
    1/4 c. onion (optional)
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Thaw broccoli and place in a large mixing bowl with soup and a half can water.
    Stir in Cheez Whiz, rice, onion and celery.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cut margarine into chunks and mix well. Pour all ingredients into a lightly greased 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
