Diabetic Whipped Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
    3 Tbsp. boiling water
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    artificial sweetener to taste
    1/2 c. non-fat dry milk
    1/4 c. cold water
Preparation
    Combine milk, water, lemon juice, vanilla and sweetener in a small bowl.
    Beat with mixer for 1 minute.\tAdd dissolved gelatin and
    continue
    to
    beat until the mixture is thick and stands
    in soft
    peaks.
    Makes
    8
    servings.
    Refrigerate
    in closed container.
