Green Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
    1/4 c. sauteed sliced mushrooms
    1/4 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. Italian tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. water chestnuts
    4 large chopped olives, stuffed
    2 tsp. Italian herb seasoning
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix
    all
    ingredients
    and heat well.
    Place a layer of sauce in\tpie
    shell,
    then a layer of tomato slices, another layer of sauce, then tomato\tslices\t(2
    or 3 large tomatoes). Then cover with as much
    grated
    Swiss
    or Cheddar cheese that you can cram on.
    Bake at

    15
    to 20 minutes (until warm through). Freezes nicely.
    I\tmake
    two
    and freeze one. (Can use red tomatoes.)
