Teriyaki Broccoli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 thick broccoli stalks without florets
squeeze of fresh lemon juice (optional)
1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. tamari
Preparation

Use carrot peeler to remove thick skin from outside of stalks. Cut stalks lengthwise in thin slices.
In large skillet, heat oil.
Add garlic, sauteing briefly.
Add broccoli.
Saute 3 to 5 minutes over medium-high heat, until tender.
Toss in tamari and lemon.
Serves 3.
