Canned Pineapple Zucchini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. + 3 c. cubed zucchini (larger the better), peeled and seeded
1 (46 oz.) pineapple juice
3/4 c. lemon juice
2 drams oil of pineapple or extract
3 c. sugar or Equal
Preparation
-
Boil all the ingredients for 5 minutes.
Put in jars, seal and cold pack 15 minutes.
Enjoy all winter!
