Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 egg
    1 medium onion, minced
    1/4 c. cracker crumbs
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar and mustard; set aside.
    Beat egg; add onion, cracker crumbs, ground chuck, salt and pepper.
    Add 1/2 cup tomato mixture.
    Blend well.
    Shape mixture into loaf pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    After 30 minutes, pour remainder of sauce over meat loaf and cook until done. Serves 8.
