Creamed Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
    1 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimiento
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. butter, melted
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Combine corn and milk.
    Stir in egg.
    Add 3/4 cup cracker crumbs, pimiento, onion and pepper.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pour into 1-quart baking dish coated with vegetable spray.
