Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 potatoes, cooked
    1/4 c. milk
    butter
    salt and pepper
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    4 oz. sour cream
    8 to 12 oz. cooked chopped spinach
Preparation
    Mash potatoes and season with milk, butter, salt and pepper. Drain cooked spinach well.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Place in greased casserole dish and top with a little cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
