Ingredients

1 c. milk
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shredded coconut
Preparation

Bring sugar and
milk to a boil (medium heat;
stirring frequently).
Add coconut
and
cook WITHOUT STIRRING until it will form a very
soft
ball
in cold water.
Remove from heat and let sit
until nearly cold, then stir briskly until thick. Pour quickly into well-buttered pan.
Cut into desired squares or bars.
