Breakfast Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, buttered and diced
    1 lb. bacon or sausage, cooked and diced
    1/2 lb. mild Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. dried mustard
Preparation
    Place buttered diced bread in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan, then sprinkle cooked bacon (sausage) as a second layer.
    Sprinkle cheese as a third layer.
    Beat together eggs, milk, salt, pepper and mustard; pour over layered ingredients.
    Let set overnight in refrigerator.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
