Chicken And Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken, cut into small strips
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 to 2 onions, cut into strips
    4 to 5 c. broccoli florets (amount your choice)
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. chicken bouillon
    2 to 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In wok or deep skillet, saute salted and peppered chicken in margarine until lightly browned.
    Add onions and saute 2 to 3 minutes more.
    Mix cornstarch in a cup of cold water and pour over chicken.
    Add bouillon and simmer until thick and bubbly.
    If it seems too thick, add a little water.
    If too thin, add cornstarch in some cold water and add to chicken.
    Add broccoli and soy sauce and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Ready to serve.
