Mother'S Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    juice of the lemon
    2 egg yolks (save whites for meringue)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. hot water
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Mix lemon rind and sugar.
    Add lemon juice and egg yolks. Heat butter and hot water.
    When it boils, add cornstarch to thicken.
    Combine and put in prebaked pie shell.
    Top with meringue.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
