Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 or 2 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
    3/4 c. shortening
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together. Add shortening. Add yeast and buttermilk.
    Mix with spoon until flour is moistened.
    Cover bowl and put into refrigerator until ready to use.
    Roll on floured board to 1/2 to 3/4-inch thickness and cut.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 in shallow pan for about 12 minutes.
