Crock-Pot Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 to 3 lb.) whole fryer
    1/2 onion
    1 carrot
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Wash chicken and place in crock-pot with onion and carrot. Do not add any water.
    Cover crock-pot and cook on low 10 to 12 hours.
    Great after a long day at work.
