Crab Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crabmeat
    1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/8 tsp. leaf tarragon
    1 c. half and half
    1/3 c. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. sherry
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Thaw.
    Drain thoroughly crab, coarsely chop.
    Bake pie shell at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Do not overbake.
    Sprinkle cheese on bottom of pie shell.
    Toss crab lightly with onion, sherry and spices. Layer over cheese.
    Beat eggs, half and half and pour over mixture. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until firm.
    Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into wedges.
