Ham And Sausage Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1-1/2 c. cubed ham
1-1/2 c. sliced sausage
3 c. chicken broth
1-1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 bay leaf
1 (14 oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 to 2 tsp. Tony Chachere's seasoning
salt to taste
Preparation
-
In a large skillet coated with cooking spray, saute onion, celery, bell pepper and sausage. Add rest of ingredients, reduce heat and simmer until done. Discard bay leaf.
