Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    250 grams flour
    100 grams sugar
    2 grams salt
    1 egg
    150 grams soft butter
    1 kg. apples
    cinnamon to taste
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, salt, egg and butter to make a pie bottom crust. Slice apples and add sugar, cinnamon and a bit of lemon juice.
    Place on the pie crust.
    Use some of the dough to make a braid for the top crust.
    Bake at 180\u00b0C for 1 hour.
