Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
    1 c. cooked Minute rice
    1/2 small to medium onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. (scant) milk
    1/2 stick margarine
    grated Cheddar cheese, fine
Preparation
    Saute green pepper and onion in margarine.
    Add to other ingredients and mix well.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake in covered casserole at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    Serves 8 to 10.
    If you double the recipe, use 1 can of water chestnuts, cut into quarters, and use 1/4 cup of milk.
