Strawberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Sift first five ingredients.
Combine remainder of ingredients.
Make a well in center of dry ingredients and add liquid mixture, stirring enough to moisten.
Pour into two loaf pans.
Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes before removing from pans and finish cooling on wire rack.
