Kielbasa Skillet Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. kielbasa
    3/4 c. rice
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    2 c. water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Cut kielbasa into 1/2-inch diagonal chunks.
    Combine with 3/4 cup rice, cream of celery soup and water in large skillet on medium heat.
    Cover and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
    Stir in frozen peas and canned mushrooms, drained. Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.
    Sprinkle with Swiss cheese.
    Cover and keep on low heat for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
    Yields 4 servings.
