Broccoli-Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. frozen, chopped broccoli
1/4 c. carrots, grated
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 to 1/2 c. diced onion
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. flour
2 large cans Carnation evaporated milk
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 to 1 lb. cubed Velveeta
8 to 10 c. milk
1 tsp. ground thyme
garlic powder to taste
pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook broccoli, carrots, celery and onion in enough water to cover.
Cook until done (5 to 8 minutes).
Do not drain.
