White Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. lukewarm milk
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
2 pkg. yeast, dissolved
Preparation

Dissolve 2 packages yeast in 1 cup warm liquid; stir until well mixed.
Add 2 tablespoons soft shortening and 7 to 7 1/ 2 cups Gold Medal flour, adding flour in 2 additions, using the amount necessary to make easy to handle.
Knead dough and let rise until double in bulk.
Knead and let rise again.
Work into loaves and let rise again.
Bake in 425\u00b0 oven until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
