Golden Cream Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cubed potatoes
    1/2 c. carrots, cut small
    1/2 c. celery, cut small
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 lb. American cheese
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, carrots and celery until tender; drain.
    In same pan, add bouillon cube.
    Chip American cheese in and add parsley flakes, salt and pepper.
    Add milk to cover.
    Bring to a boil, stirring often.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Recipe can be doubled.
