Fresh Mango Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. heavy cream
1/4 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. firm, ripe mango slices
1 (10-inch) unbaked pie shell and top crust
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Dissolve cornstarch in heavy cream and stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into unbaked pie shell and top with crust or lattice.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 50 minutes.
