Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    40 oz. can sweet potatoes, drained
    1 1/2 c. applesauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. light brown sugar, packed
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Grease a 3-quart casserole.
    Mix sugar and spices in a small bowl.
    Place half of potatoes in casserole.
    Top with half of the applesauce.
    Add half of the lemon juice and butter.
    Sprinkle with half of sugar mixture.
    Repeat layers.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes, covered, and 20 minutes, uncovered.
