Herb Marinated Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. fat-free cholesterol-free mayonnaise
1/4 c. dry white wine
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
2 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried thyme
3 whole boneless chicken breasts, split
Preparation

Stir together mayonnaise, wine, garlic, onion and seasonings. Pour marinade over chicken, reserving 1 cup.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight.
