Ambrosia Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    2 c. boiling water
    1 c. (11 oz.) Mandarin oranges, drained
    1 3/4 c. thawed Cool Whip
    1 (8 serving size) pkg. orange jello
    1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
Preparation
    Drain pineapple (keep juice).
    Add cold water to juice to measure 1 cup.
    Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl for 2 minutes or until completely dissolved.
    Stir in water and pineapple juice.
    Refrigerate 1 1/4 hours or until slightly thickened.
