Microwave One-Step Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. extra lean ground meat
    1 3/4 c. (15 oz. can) pinto beans and liquid
    1 3/4 c. (14 1/2 oz. can) cut up Contadina peeled whole tomatoes and juice
    2/3 c. (6 oz. can) Contadina tomato paste
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 crushed garlic clove
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in microwave-safe 2-quart casserole. Cover; micro-cook on High 5 minutes.
    Stir to break up meat. Micro-cook 20 more minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
    If meat is less lean, micro-cook first and drain off fat first.
