Sweet Southern Salad Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
2/3 c. apple cider vinegar
2 c. vegetable oil
3 Tbsp. poppy seed or chopped pecans
Preparation

Place the sugar, mustard, salt, onions and vinegar in a blender or food processor; blend until smooth.
In a steady stream, pour in vegetable oil and continue to blend until thick. Add poppy seed or pecans.
Keep covered in refrigerator.
Makes about 4 quarts.
(This dressing will keep indefinitely.)
