Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. corn meal
4 eggs
1/4 c. sweet milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. melted butter
3 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation

Toss together lightly the sugar, meal and flour.
Beat eggs well; blend with sugar mixture.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
Bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0, then 325\u00b0 until firm.
