Chicken Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, cut up or 4 chicken breasts
    3 boxes frozen broccoli
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    1/4 lb. Ritz crackers
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix together Ritz cracker crumbs and 1/2 stick of butter. Boil or microwave chicken (salt and pepper).
    Let chicken cool and remove bones.
    Cook and drain broccoli.
    Melt Velveeta cheese; add butter.
    When melted, add chicken and broccoli.
    Pour into a greased 2 1/2-quart baking dish. Top with cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
