Peach Aspic With Cream Cheese Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. peach flavored gelatin
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. orange juice
    1/2 tsp. lemon peel
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can peaches, pureed in blender
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine gelatin and water.
    Stir until dissolved. Stir in orange juice, peel, lemon juice, 1 1/2 cups peaches and sugar.
    Pour into lightly greased 1 1/2-quart mold.
    Chill 4 to 6 hours.
