Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, peeled
4 large onions, chopped
3 c. water
4 chicken bouillon cubes
3 Tbsp. butter
1 c. half and half
1 1/2 c. milk
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cut up the potatoes and onions. Cook in 3 cups water.
Pour mixture into blender in thirds.
Blend thoroughly, adding bouillon cubes.
Do not drain water.
Leave some chunks in the potatoes. Pour mixture into large pot and add butter, half and half, milk, salt and pepper. Simmer until warm.
Do not boil.
Top with grated cheese.
