Ingredients
    3 oz. unsweetened chocolate, chopped
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. 2% low-fat cottage cheese
    3 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    powdered sugar to sprinkle on top
Preparation
    Melt chocolate.
    Mix all ingredients except powdered sugar. Bake in 8-inch square pan at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, until just set.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Cut into 16 pieces.
