Giblet Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken or turkey giblets
    2 eggs, hard-boiled
    salt
    broth
    1/2 c. turkey drippings
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Boil
    giblets
    until
    tender.
    Remove
    bones from neck. Chop all parts and return to broth (there should be at least 2 or 3 cups).
    Add
    1/2
    cup
    turkey drippings.
    Add flour (mix with water
    to
    prevent lumping).
    Stir until thickened.
    Add chopped boiled eggs and stir.
