Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 c. shortening
    sprinkle of salt
    1 egg
    cold water
Preparation
    Mix flour, shortening and salt with fingers or a fork.
    Mix well the egg in a 1-cup measuring cup and finish filling cup with cold water.
    Add to first mixture lightly.
    Refrigerate until chilled.
    Makes 5 double-crust pies.
