Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 egg
1 1/2 c. sweetened applesauce
1/2 c. sour milk
1/2 c. nuts
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. cloves and cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins

Preparation

Cream sugar, butter and egg.
Add applesauce.
Sift flour, soda and spices.
Add alternately with sour milk and vanilla. Last, add raisins and nuts.
Mix thoroughly.
Bake in loaf pan at 350\u00b0 until done.
