Hawaiian Rice Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 pkg. (10 oz.) coconut
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 can crushed pineapple, undrained
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar in a bowl for 2 minutes.
    Sift flour and soda together.
    Add to egg mixture.
    Beat 2 more minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Spoon into 2 greased and floured 5 x 9-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove from pan and cool on rack.
