Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. lard or butter
    1/2 c. (scant) milk
    pinch of salt
    flour
Preparation
    Mix
    all together with enough flour for a not too stiff dough. Roll
    very
    thin.\tCut
    into
    squares
    and
    drop
    into boiling broth (either chicken or turkey broth).
    Cook over low heat
    for about
    30
    minutes.
    Cover\tat first, then uncover. Stir often to keep from sticking.
