Orange Oat Coffeecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. soft margarine
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. thawed orange juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Pour boiling water over oatmeal; set aside.
Cream margarine with sugars; add eggs and beat.
Add orange juice and vanilla; beat.
Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture alternately with oatmeal.
Fold in nuts.
Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
