Chicken And Chickpea Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. chicken stock
    1 whole chicken breast
    10 to 12 cloves garlic, peeled
    2 Tbsp. peanut oil
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (2 oz.) can green chilies
    1 (15 oz.) can chickpeas, drained
    1 ripe avocado, peeled and sliced thin
    2 scallions, sliced
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese, cut in 1/4-inch dices
    1 1/2 limes, cut into quarters
    6 radishes, sliced thin
Preparation
    In soup pot, heat stock to boiling.
    Add chicken breast and garlic and simmer, uncovered, about 30 minutes.
    Take garlic out and set aside.
    Remove chicken and allow to cool.
    Pick meat from bones and slice.
