Salmon Macaroni Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 oz. uncooked elbow macaroni
1 can salmon, drained and flaked
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded cabbage
1 green pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Cook macaroni as directed on package.
Rinse in cold water and drain.
Mix macaroni, salmon, cabbage, celery, green pepper and onion. Mix salt, pepper, oil and vinegar.
Pour over macaroni mixture and toss.
Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
