Cocktail Reubens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. cocktail rye bread
    Thousand Island dressing
    corned beef, sliced thin
    sauerkraut, drained
    Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Spread each slice of rye bread with dressing.
    Place 1/2 slice corned beef, 1 teaspoon sauerkraut and a small square of Swiss cheese on each slice.
    Place under broiler until cheese is melted and browned, about 2 to 3 minutes.
