Vegetarian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pecans, finely chopped
    2 c. fine bread crumbs
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    2 c. small curd cottage cheese
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter until tender and golden brown.
    Add all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Form into walnut size balls and place on a cookie sheet.
    Cover with Saran wrap and place in refrigerator for 24 hours.
    Fry balls in oil until golden brown, turning gently not to break them.
    Put in a casserole, cover with mushroom gravy and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 3 dozen meatballs.
