Ham And Potato Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooled mashed potatoes
    2 c. finely diced ham (8 oz.)
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz.)
    1/4 c. sliced scallions
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix patty ingredients (all ingredients except oil). Form 8 (1/2-inch) patties. Heat 1 teaspoon oil for 4 patties at a time. Cook over medium heat until golden brown on each side, about 5 minutes. Can serve with horseradish sauce.
