Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 qt. water
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. onions
    1 1/2 c. diced potatoes
    10 oz. broccoli, cubed
    10 oz. cauliflower, cubed
    1 lb. Velveeta
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Dissolve cubes in water.
    Add carrots, celery, onions and potatoes.
    Simmer for 15 minutes and add broccoli and cauliflower. Simmer another 15 minutes; add Velveeta and soup.
    Heat until cheese is melted and soup is dissolved, stirring constantly. Season with Tony's.
    Can add chicken to this.
